David Hernandez (born 1984, in Glendale, Arizona) singer and currently a finalist on the seventh season of American Idol. He began singing at age six.
Controversy came about in March 2008 when it was revealed that Hernandez once worked as a stripper at Dick's gay bar in Phoenix, AZ.
